Compliance Standard

This website strives to conform to the Israeli Standard IS 5568:2020 (based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA), as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act, 5758-1998 and the Regulations for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013.

Measures Taken

• An accessibility assistant on every page, reachable from the button in the bottom left corner. It adjusts text size and spacing, switches to a readable font, highlights links and headings, offers high-contrast, light and monochrome colour schemes, provides a reading guide and reading mask, stops animations and enlarges the cursor. Your choices are remembered between visits.
• Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy

• Keyboard-navigable interface with visible focus indicators
• Skip-to-content link for efficient keyboard navigation
• Sufficient color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA requirements

• Horizontally scrolling diagrams and screenshots that can be reached and moved with the keyboard
• Responsive design for all screen sizes

The assistant changes this site's own styling. It is not a third-party overlay, and it does not attempt to alter the page for screen readers, which continue to read the underlying markup directly.
